Selling With Heart Rather Than Snark

The best ad during last night’s Super Bowl wasn’t written by a copywriter.

It didn’t have a super model, sports star or space baby.

No comics or rock anthems.

No bejeweled bottles of beer.

And never once did it mention horsepower or rack-and-pinion steering.

The best ad on last night’s Super Bowl sold the old-fashioned way—

With heart rather than snark.

Kudos to Chrysler for an ad it never wrote, borrowing from a speech few ever heard, and inspired by a YouTube video that already existed. 

The best way to be Ram Tough is by being sensitive and smart.
